B) Communication

Prior to taking debt cases to court Dubai Law Firm communicates with debtors on a number of times through amicable environments and advises debtors of the legal consequences they may face. Three way communications is established between the Law Firm, the Debtor and the Client to establish regular reporting systems to keep you updated on the situation at hand.
Our law firm will advise the client of the legal procedures to be taken before any are initiated.

C) Collection Scheduling

Once the debtor agrees to his debts, our Law Firm will establish a time frame agreed upon by both parties for debts to be settled in a timely fashion.
Once payments are settled Dubai Law Firm will ensure amounts are deposited inot the Client’s Bank Account.

D) Legal Procedures

If the debtor refuses to settle payments on time, notices will be forwarded and cases will be filed before all courts.
Our Law Firm will follow up the cases and ensure final resolution and outcomes of the case.
